I recently got some new gym shoes- my old ones had holes in them -and I LOVE them. It feels like I’m walking on a cloud. My arches are abnormally flat but these shoes give a lot of support without me having to put in inserts. I have been going to the gym more lately, at least 6 times a week. I have also been thinking about going paleo, but I still need to do more research on it. I have already been working on changing my diet. If you guys would like to read about more health and fitness let me know! that has slowly started to become more a part of my life.
